BI Publisher on Dashboard - scroll bars disappearing

I'm including a BI Publisher report on a Dashboard. The BIPub report has two views.

When the dashboard page initially appears, the vertical scroll bar is visible. When I click the View button for the Publisher report (for example, after switching views), the vertical scroll bar disappears. I have to Edit the dashboard page and Save, and then the vertical scroll bar is visible again until the next time I click the View button.

Can someone else confirm this behavior and/or point me toward a bug?
