BI Publisher Install Error for APEX

Hello:

I'm running 11g on Windows XP.

I'm trying to install BI Publisher so I can do PDF printing.

During the installation process, the following message box appeared:
javaw.exe - Entry pont not found.
The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNamew could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL.

Does anyone know what I should do with this error message?
