I am on Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 and downloaded the BI Publisher Add in for MS word 11.1.1.9.0 32 bit for windows. It downloads and installs successfully. I have the BI Publisher tab at the top. I am able to open an RTF file but cannot load xml data and all 4 items menu2007.insert, menu2007.preview, menu2007.tools, and menu2007.options are greyed out. Is this a compatibility issue?
