Version Installed:
BI Publisher Desktop 12.2.1.4.0 32-bit
Symptoms:
BIPublisherDesktop32.exe installed successfully but have the following problems :
- Receiving the below error while opening the MS Excel 2010

- After clicking OK after the above error, BI Publisher Addon Ribbon does not show in MS Excel 2010
Whereas in MS Word 2010, BI Publisher got installed successfully and no error. I am more concerned in getting the error removed from MS Excel 2010.
