BI Publisher - create report from Answers?

Is it possible to create a data model from an Answers reports? We are using OBIEE 10 (latest) and are still setting things up.
I have created a new Data Model but when selecting "Oracle BI Answers" in the drop down for the type I don't know what to do next. I click on the flashlight link next to the Details field as if I want to select which Answers report to link to but there are no reports available - just a "BI Catalog Home" message (not clickable).

Am I missing something? Do I need to grant a certain permission in the Catalog to make BIP see the Answers reports? Or is there some mysterious setting that isn't mentioned in any of the config guides.
