I was looking for a BI workbook to see User provisioning in my instance (CX Sales). I came across below document (Knowledge Link) which explains about the instruction to install, interpret and run the report.

As per the document, I downloaded the zip file and tried watching the video but I was not able to launch it in the browser. I opened it in VLC player but the demo was static and could not figure out how to upload the report in BI Publisher and interpret it.
Request you to please help me in troubleshooting the ways to run these reports.
