BI Admin Tool starting failure. How to fix?

Hello there,

I downloaded OBIEE Samples (V309 R2), started the VM and everything went fine.

Then I installed Oracle Business Intelligence Developer Client Tools Installer (11.1.1.7.0) that can be found here: Oracle Business Intelligence 11g Downloads

After the Client Tools instalation I tried to open the Admin tool, but I get this Runtime error: http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/800x600q90/834/d1ks.png

I seached this forum and google, but couldn't find anything that could help me fix this and get Admin Tool started.

My computer is

Windows 7 Professional - SP1 - 64 bits

Intel i7-2600 3.4GHz

8GB RAM
