best way to translate dynamic prompts or labels

Hi,

I am displaying 2 labels or prompts on a form fetching them from a table. It is working fine with English users.The problem is even for Non-English users it is appearing in English.

Could anyone suggest me the best way to translate these dynamic prompts or labels? Also, I request for the process of translating a database table into different languages.
