best way to stop / cancel / kill a job? DBMS_JOB.SUBMIT? all_jobs?

I have function that uses DBMS_JOB.SUBMIT to launch an oracle job in 9i. I call that function from asp.net web page.

I need a function that stop the job. What PL-SQL safely kills an oracle job?
