Best way to show processing bar

Hi guys,

So I have a button that calls a DA and inside I have a PL/SQL call to insert a collection into a table, what I want to do is after I click the button I want to show the processing bar or something similar to indicate the user that is on-going.

What is the best way to achive this?

Can you point me some directions, please?
