Best way to hide a region title in APEX 5.1.1

Hello!

This article shows in step 6c what I want to do (albeit for APEX 5.0):

Simply hide that redundant region title.

In APEX 5.1.1., however, I cannot edit region template options without first unsubscribing the template. When I try to unsubscribe, I get a warning message telling me it's not such a good idea.

Is there another way to hide unwanted region titles?
