Best way to download data in csv format.

Hi all.

We need to decide what is the best way to download data in a CSV file format. We have been playing with the build in Interactive Report but we found it drops leading zeros when you look at the CSV file.

We also found some posts that show you how to create your own custom file by using OWA_UTIL.

So what is the best way to give a user 'n page to filter data and then download that data in a CSV format.
