Best way to Auto Move Data from one table to another on a remote DB

All,

I'm trying to find best way to Move data from one table (Oracle DB) to another table on a remote oracle DB.

Appreciate any suggestion, both the DB's are oracle 11g.

Data needs to be Auto moved in regular interval say weekly/monthly once and data from source table should be deleted
