Best tutorials to learn Apex

Hello everyone, I am a new member of this community.

I started to learn Oracle Apex and i installed Oracle 11g and Apex 5.1. Also i am learning SQL and PL/SQL.

My question is, what is best whay to learn Apex, i am mean what are best tutorials?

Also, i want to buy a book and i am undecided. Maybe You can help me which one to choose:

1. Understanding Oracle APEX 5 Application Development 2015

2. Beginning Oracle Application Express 5 2015

3. Oracle Application Express 5.1 Basics & Beyond 2017

Maybe first two are outdated because they are written in 2015.
