best Raid Level for OLTP Database (11.2.0.2)

Hi,

We are with Version 11.2.0.2 on Linux X86-64. Database is currently running with normal file system with no raid levels. Database not yet gone live. we are in process.

We are going to implement RAID Levels for the storage used for database.

Which one of the below RAID levels gives better performance for Highly Read and Write intesinve operations of my database.

1. RAID 0 Over 1 ( RAID 1 + 0 )

2. RAID 1 over 0 ( Raid 0 +1)

3. RAID 5

Please suggest?
