Best procedure to change ip and RCU for a cloned VM for FMW Forms and Reports 12c

Hi all.

I have two Oracle Linuxes VMs hosting Oracle Database 19c SE2 and WLS Forms and Reports 12c (12.2.1.19).

I need to create a similar new environment taking advantage of cloning facility.

Main plan is:

Clone VM✅
Recreate DB✅
Re-run RCU✅
Recreate Domain✅

This will take care of everything.

Does it look like a good plan?
