Best Java Cards and their toolkits?

Hello everyone!
I have developed application for JCOP card. But I would also like to adapt it to be used in the other most widely used Java Cards.

Could anyone give me some good explicit list of most widely used and most popular java cards, their manufacturers or vendors and toolkits? It would also be nice to know which of those cards (or their toolkits) are quite expensive.
