Best ETL Tool for building Datawarehouse.

Hi Friends,

I am looking for some suggesting from you experts. I have a data warehouse for a company, which was written long back in PL/SQL. Since there are some architectural flaws in that, we are planning to rewrite complete ETL. We are also using OBIEE for reporting purpose, which is pulling data from this datawarehouse.

We are analyzing different ETL tools available in the market like Informatica, OWB, Jasper etc. I have two questions here...

1. Which ETL tool is the best in the market, we should adopt?

2. Size of my Datawarehouse is around 60GB, is it the good amount of data to go for an ETL tool rather than PL/SQL. ?

Please suggest.
