Best Design PL/SQL Design Pattern

Hi Steve,

I want to use the best 'design pattern' for PL/SQL in my applications but with so many similar concepts, I'm kind of unsure which design pattern is best. With Packages, Object Types and External Procedures at the coarse grain level and functions and procedures following, what is the best PL/SQL Pattern? Thanks
