Best database monitoring tool

Hi, all

What do you think is the best database monitoring tool (grid control, spotlight and so on)?
I have about thirty Oracle databases, and there are also a few other databases(Informix, SQL Server). I want to manage them through a database montoring tool. Would you give me some suggestions?
