Best begineer books for Oracle 10g Performance Tunning ?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me which book should i go ahead and get it for Oracle 10g Performance Tunning. I m currently working as junior DBA and now want to focus completely into Performance Tunning part of oracle Database. There are lot of books i came across but for beginers can any1 sugggest from their experience which one should i opt for ?
