Berkeley DB System.Data.SQLite .net wrapper version problem.

Hi,
Well, i have a very simple query to ask? we have 2 versions of sqlite and to be specific its:

1. sqlite3.dll Version 3.7.7.1 which supports FTS3,FTS4,RTREE
2. libdb_sql52.dll Version 3.7.6.2 which supports FTS3,FTS4

dll no.2 is provided by oracle itself, where they say its a db engine for berkeley. i need to know how is it different from dll no.1

and according to the following post
http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E17076_02/html/installation/build_win_sql.html

we can use no.2 dll to use as no.1 dll as to make sure that we can make RDMS based operations in .net environment for existing database.

Fine, i did so, but my objective is to run my application on windows mobile. when i made my db using dll no.1 in SQLite Xpert it works for me on both platforms desktop and smart device. but this gives me a feel i am not using Berkeley db but SQLite.

for my satisfaction i used dll no.2 for my smart device application and it does not work and gives me error that "its not a db file or its encrypted" (re-phrased).

anyone can help me with this please, and i need to know the difference as well as solution.

Regards,
Akhtar
