Wanting to see if Ben Admin can use Job Termination Date rather than effective date for the Event Date for Retirement and Termination Actions, because for cases where the Employee Terminates or Retires on the last day of a month, the Eff Date for the Term/Ret row is the next day, thus allowing their benefits to carry on for an additional month. Has anyone else having this issue, or been able to resolve it? Please advise. Thanks in advance!
