Beehive Workspace Access

I created a new Workspace and added Participants as members and a couple of coordinators. I also created a Wiki page. However, the Participants are not able to access the Workspace. After the single sign-on, the error is:

"Workspace <workspace name> is not found"

We have tried all the usual troubleshooting tests:
o Different Browsers
o Try after logging in to the Oracle Network
o Try different Roles.

None of them works. Please advise. Thanks.
