Beehive online Email alias

Hi

I saw the thread regarding e-mail domain @beehiveonline.oracle.com so I sent a test mail to cw_usergroup_workspace@beehiveonline.oracle.com but as a participant I have not received the mail.

Am I using the correct format?
Should this alias include all participants by default or is there some sort of configuration required?
