[BEA][Sybase JDBC Driver]Invalid operation for the current cursor position.

Hi,
I have a simple DAO method which would return a text for a given id(primary key). It works fine but in rare cases this gives me : java.sql.SQLException: [BEA][Sybase JDBC Driver]Invalid operation for the current cursor position. Any thoughts on this? Thx in advance.
