BDK reinstall fealure???

hi,
my story is as short as simple.
Found that some beans (OurBean) where not in the BDK tool menu,
I decided to erase the BDK install directory(no desinstallation option found).
Downloading the bdk again, the launcher just send me the message:
"can't launch...(windows error 126 occured while loading the JVM)
Try re-installing the JVM ..."
that's what I've done twice but same pb appears. Anyone kind enought for a solution?
