BCC Project List Duplicated Linked Project Name on Home Screen

Hello,
Noticed that in ATG (11.x) BCC project name is duplicated for a project on initial or home screen projects listing.
This only happens only when a project is published in "staging" and waiting for next workflow step of "Appove/Deploy to Prodcution"
Wondering if this is a BCC feature or a UI defect ?
