BBL refuses to shutdown

Hi

When I try shutting down , The BBL refuses to shut down throwing the below error,
please let me know what can be done.

bash-3.2$ tmshutdown -y
Shutting down all admin and server processes in /home/tuxtemp/simpapp/tuxconfig

Shutting down server processes ...

Shutting down admin processes ...
