Batch Programs Performance problem

Hi ALL,

We run a batch program in CRP instance and it completed in less than 30 mins.

But when we run it in UAT instance it is running whole day and still not finished, and it is taking lots of CPU too

Below are the spawned processes for our batch programs.

I do not see locks or waits in the AWR reports?

Please help find the cause of the issue, why it is taking a very long time here(UAT), than in CRP server.

Both servers have the same computing powers.
