We are trying to execute batch job for DeDuplication in OEDQ integrated with UCM for account related records. Which Jobs on EDQ side should specifically be running for execution of Batch job of DeDuplication?
- We have Staging Database created.
- When we execute the Job in UCM, it gives status as "SUCCESS" but the driver record's duplicate view is not getting populated despite of the fact that it has Prospective matches.
- We run the Real Time Jobs with "cds" as run label and run profile as "edq-cds-siebel."
We are able to get proper response for deduplication in Real Time.
