Bat file that run multiple cmd commands to run oracle 12 c weblogics server,forms,reports also take

Hey

i am using oracle 12c forms.I start the services manually like weblogic server ,wlsforms,wls reports so

I'm trying writing a batch file that run some commands for Starting weblogic server ,

forms and reports .and also take username and password .

please give me solution.
