I recently watch the Deep Dive Universal Theme video
Deep Dive: Universal Theme in APEX 21.1 (0 Bytes)
Within the video there is a section (41:30) which covers using the Theme Roller Custom Css to import a google font and then apply the font.
Working within my always free Oracle Cloud Apex service I have tried to replicate this with no success
Adding the code
@import url('https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Ubuntu:ital,wght@0,300;0,400;0,500;0,700;1,300;1,400;1,500;1,700&display=swap');

--a-base-font-family: 'Ubuntu', sans-serif;
}
Can anyone advise one why this may not be working? or what I may be doing incorrectly?
My online Apex is version Application Express 21.1.6
