Barcode scanning from camera instead of handheld device

Hi Team,

We want to scan barcodes from laptop camera, or phone camera wherever that URL is clicked from. Is there any solution for it. We have tried zxing, quaggajs on pages, but none of them seems to have been working fine.

We also tried plugin from apex.world, but it seems to scan only few random barcodes

Has anyone been able to achieve this?
