barcode scanner

Hi,

I have a requirement to integrate a barcode scanner into APEX. What I need to do is to use a barcode scanner (instead of manually entering the digits) to scan the barcodes into a page item (or a tabular form) in apex and then store these numbers into a table. Then, I need to use the scanner again to retrive a particular record from the table. Is there any way to do this with Oracle APEX?
