barcode generation using oraclebarcode.jar

Hi all,
I want to generate barcode using reports. I had been to many forums in oracle seen many threads. I have created a report with barcode. I have implemented the report in Oracle Application server which is working in Solaris 10.
I have some issues with the report. I have getting an exception and the report is not creating the image file. I am not able to see the java exception.
The report is working fine under windows environment. I have set the classPath in the report server config file under oracle application server.
The process works fine till barcodemaker.renderBarcode function is called. When this function is called i am getting an exception.
Can any one help me with this please. I am working on the production environment. It is critical.
