On top of the Oracle Intelligent Advisor Forum, and maybe others, I see this
When I email that address with a question, I get this:
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

550 5.1.1 Unknown recipient address.
Thank you for letting me know what the issue is - a permanent error, a spelling mistake or something else.
