I need to build a custom balance sheet report in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials using BI Publisher**,** and I’m completely stuck at the starting point.
I have never created a financial statement report before and I don’t know:
- Which tables/views to use (GL_BALANCES, GL_CODE_COMBINATIONS, FND_FLEX_VALUE_SETS, etc.)
- How to get the correct period-end balances split into Assets / Liabilities / Equity
- The proper way to handle natural account segments, balancing segment, and retained earnings roll-forward
Could someone please share:
A working SQL query (or the full Data Model SQL) that is commonly used for a standard Balance Sheet in Fusion BI Publisher?
