Badge List color issue in APEX 19.2

Below is the compassion of page 6 (Dashboard) of "Sample Charts" sample application between apex 5.1.2 and apex 19.2

apex 19.2: the badge has no background color anymore

Both are implemented using "Badge List" Plug-in V5.0.2

Ultimately, I need this been fixed in apex V19.2.
