BAD URL Message

We have a page which users use to enter some data and submit the form. But after clicking the submit button few of them are complaining to have received a "Bad URL" message. The pages are in request scope and the FACES_STATE_SAVING_METHOD is put to client. What causes this problem?Any hints please
