Backup table into csv and restore to new tablename

Hello,

I have a question Backup table and restore?

I'm using VB6.0 with oracle 10G

1. How to take Backup Table into Csv file.

for ex. Table Name : Employee

backup to csv file : Employee.csv

2. Restore CSV file into New table.

File Name : Employee.csv

New Table Name: New_Emp ( table not create, it will automatically create by csv file value)

I don't know whether it is possible or not? Please suggest me in a right way, how to make it.
