BACKUP PROBLEM ON WINT-NT4

On Windows-NT (4) I have Oracle-8 Database running & all users logged in. But I dont have import & export executable on this server. By which I am not able to take BACKUP through exp utility.

I am installing Windows-NT(4) with Oracle-8 Database on another PC, can I copy import & export executable file on existing server ? Will It allow me to take successful BACKUP ? Will it disturb my existing DATABASE ? Please clerify my doubts.
