B2B Logout Issue with Embedded VBCS App

We have a standalone VBCS application that enables users to upload a CSV template for bulk updating Service Request records in B2B (oracle fusion) . This application is embedded in the B2B (oracle fusion) homepage under the Service section as an icon.

It is used to import input files containing lists of Service Requests (SRs) for updating SR header and other objects. Only B2B (oracle fusion) users with the custom role are authorized to upload files.

This setup functions as expected and we can successfully process an input CSV file containing 100 records without any logout issues.

However, after processing approximately 100 to 120 records, the B2B (oracle fusion) session gets logged out. Even when importing smaller files sequentially (e.g., 50 records at a time), the B2B (oracle fusion) session still logs out.

Interestingly, running the same process directly from the VBCS page allows us to process up to 1,000 records without any issues.

What could be the root cause of this issue? Does anyone have any insights?
