B2B-Document protocol identification error for 812 inbound Transaction

Hi All,
I am facing an issue in B2B 812 EDI Transaction.

I have deployed an ECS file in B2B console for 812 UCS V4010 inbound transaction. Also I have deployed a SOA Composite Project deployed in SOA_Server partition.

The Issue I am facing is that the SOA instances are getting created in the EM, when I drop the file into the directory , which is the being listened by the B2B.
When I check the Application Message Tab of the B2B Console for that agreement , I can see that the corresponding aggrement doesn't have any value under the
Domain, Composite Name column of the page.

Where as the rest of the agreement of other transaction has the domain value as "B2B" and SOA composite name for the composite column of the application Message tab of B2B console.

looks like the agreement is not shaking hands with my SOA composite. I am not sure how to debug the issue and trying tough to find a resolution for the issue.
Please suggest.
