B2B 11g Not Picking the EDI 850 File

Hi

We have done the Document, Trading partner, Channel all relevant setups for one of our trading partner.
We succesffuly validated the Agreement and deployed. We placed a EDI 850 file the directory which we have done the setups in B2B.
But, B2B is not picking up the file.

Could somebody let me know how to debug this situation.
Where to look log files, b2b.log file and tip.properties files in 11g environment.

How to overcome this situation.
