B2B 11g - Creating flat file document definition and sending over AS2

Hi,

In our project we have to exchange (send and receive) flat files (pipe '|' delimited files) using AS2 to our trading partner.
I could not find any link or document where a Flat file (fixed length, pipe delimited, csv, etc) document has been created in B2B.

Could anyone please send me some example where creating a flat file document definition has been created in B2B.
