AWR report viewing issue in oracle 11g CLI

I have generated the AWR report in the location /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/rdbms/admin/prodawr.html but as i am not in client location and can access server only from CLI so want to view this report in browser. so is there any command or any other way to view the content of this in graphics from the CLI.
