AWR report not clear first time reading it
Dear Oracle supporters,
Last week i made an AWR report for my work, it all went fine after generating the report i kind of hoped things would be clear and not too difficult to read and understand, Boy was i mistaken.
Could some of you more experienced Oracle users out there give me some pointers on where to look and what could be inproved ? Sample of 1 of the reports:

It came to my attention that the top 5 events are all related to User i/o maybe it would help to increase the database buffer ?? All tips and tricks are welcome please dont hesitate to comment.
Many thanks in advance
