Awful download speeds
For the last few weeks, I've ben trying to download Oracle 10gXE Universal, but the download speeds, to put it very mildly, are horrible. It starts out at ~200+ kb/s, and within a 3-4 minutes slows to less than 10 kb/s. What is going on? I also tried looking up oracle edelivery, but it's all the same there as well. Can anybody suggest an alternative., please. I really need the software. I've tried using IE7, Firerfox 3 & 4, as well as Google Chrome, to no effect whatsoever. Pleas help.
