Avoid Exchange account disable on AD disable

Hi all,

I've seen that disabling an AD account OIM triggers the Disable on Exchange accounts, I would like to avoid this feature.

I've tried deleting the "depends on" on Exchange Resource Object and deleting on the Exchange Application Instance the link Parent AppInstance to AD, but the Disable User task on Exchange Account is still running when I run the disable AD account.
